This page starts Sitelemetry's verified deletion-request workflow. It does not expose an unauthenticated deletion API or delete an account immediately.
Start an account-deletion request.
If you can sign in, open the private account request. The Account page opens at a confirmation step; review the deletion details, confirm them and submit the request.
The signed-in flow creates a requester-only tracking record linked to the durable deletion job. Support replies can report progress, but closing the support record cannot mark deletion complete.
We may ask you to verify identity and authority before acting. A workspace owner may also need to transfer ownership or confirm that the workspace itself should be deleted.
What the verified request covers.
The request covers your Sitelemetry account and connected tokens, active account access and sessions, and account, workspace, project, audit, integration and support data that is no longer needed to provide the service or meet a retained legal or security purpose.
Depending on workspace ownership and other members, we may remove only your membership, transfer ownership, or delete the workspace and its service data after confirming the requested scope with you.
What may be retained.
After verified in-app confirmation, account access is locked and active sessions are revoked immediately. Operational personal data covered by the request is deleted or anonymized within 30 days. Production backups expire naturally within 30 days and are not restored to active product use.
Only category-specific, minimally necessary billing and tax records, commercial correspondence, authorized-audit evidence and pseudonymized deletion proof may remain where a legal obligation requires them. Those records are isolated, access-restricted, not used for the product and retained only for the applicable period, up to 10 years under the current policy; they are deleted or anonymized when that ground or period ends. See the Privacy Policy.
Account deletion and subscription cancellation are separate.
Submitting a deletion request does not itself cancel a Paddle, App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel the subscription with the provider that bills it to stop future renewals. An active subscription does not prevent you from requesting account deletion.
If you are unsure which provider manages the subscription, include that question in the deletion request before removing access to the account.
